Using JaxAutomate

JaxAutomate is designed to help service businesses manage customers, estimates, proposals, follow-ups, jobs, invoices, and related business operations.

You agree to use JaxAutomate only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

When creating or using an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use JaxAutomate for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks

• Upload malicious software, harmful code, or disruptive content

Intellectual Property

JaxAutomate and its software, branding, logos, graphics, content, features, and design are owned by JaxAutomate or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Beta and Early-Access Features

Some features may be offered as beta, preview, or early-access functionality. These features may change, contain errors, be unavailable at times, or be modified or discontinued without notice.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription in the future. Pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, taxes, and cancellation information will be presented before you complete a purchase.

Your Content and Business Data

You retain ownership of the business information and content you submit to JaxAutomate. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, and transmit that information solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter or upload is lawful and that you have the right to use it.

Service Availability

We work to keep JaxAutomate reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, internet outages, third-party services, or technical issues may occasionally affect availability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JaxAutomate is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

JaxAutomate is a business-management tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JaxAutomate and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using JaxAutomate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, prevent harm, or address violations of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of JaxAutomate after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
